At Madden, you’re not just an employee, but a member of a team. In fact, collaboration is such a big part of our work culture that in 2013, we created the Culture Committee. The purpose of the Culture Committee is to enrich the Madden workplace and our people. This unique program allows us to acknowledge the value our brand ambassadors bring to the business.
I’ve raised three kids while working at Madden and been given the flexibility necessary to be a present parent.
Madden has great benefits and implemented a Culture Committee that continues to improve on these benefits. They’re also making an effort to discover the needs and wants of employees as well as find ways to fulfill them.
Madden is a very collaborative environment. With so many employees who are experts in their field, everyone comes together to achieve the same goal. This makes you feel like you’re working alongside a family instead of co-workers.
Flex hours and half-day Fridays makes life easier when scheduling all of the other things life requires out of a mother and avid volunteer in the community.
I often tell people how lucky I am to have stumbled upon Madden and what a great experience it’s been.
Our goal is to attract and retain the most qualified candidates. People who care about making a difference as much as we do. If you’re interested in becoming part of a workplace that matters, check out our current openings.
